R001 – Mixing group with variable point regulating unit
Mixing group with variable point regulating unit. It is provided with a three way mixing valve regulated by a 3-point modulating and bidirectional rotating electric servomotor, connectable to regulating control units; the valve has a By-Pass which brings a portion of the return side flow into the delivery side to obtain the desired temperature of the fluid. The pump has 1”1/2 connections and it can be asynchronous (not for sale in the EU) or electronic. The mixing group is also equipped with 2 interception ball valves with built-in thermometer to instantly read the delivery and return flow temperatures (the return ball valve has a built-in check valve). It can be ordered without pump, with delivery pump to the right or to the left-hand (in case of any changes on site please follow the technical sheet instructions included in the package); the group is supplied with a black PPE insulated shell.
The mixing unit is supplied with the servomotor art. 787 (230 or 24 voltage).

The valve has a by-pass which brings a portion of the return side flow into the delivery side to obtain the desired temperature of the fluid. The pump has 1”1/2 connections and it can be asynchronous (not for sale in the EU) or electronic. Mixing group for high/low direct temperature unit, suitable for radiators systems, fan coils, design radiators, radiation heating and boilers. The pump has 1”1/2 connections and it can be asynchronous (not for sale in the EU) or electronic. The mixing group is also equipped with 2 interception ball valves with built-in thermometer to instantly read the delivery and return flow temperatures (the return ball valve has a built-in check valve). It can be ordered without pump or with delivery pump to the right; the pump can be easily moved to the left. The group is supplied with a black PPE insulated shell.

R004 – Mixing group with fixed point regulating unit
Mixing group with fixed point regulating unit, equipped with thermostatic mixing valve. By setting the working temperature on the mixing valve, you get an effective control of the plant delivery temperature when it is different from the heat generator one. Two thermostatic valves are available with different working temperature (20-50°C / 30-70°C). The pump has 1”1/2 connections and it can be asynchronous (not for sale in the EU) or electronic. The mixing group is also equipped with 2 interception ball valves with built-in thermometer to instantly read the delivery and return flow temperatures (the return ball valve has a built-in check valve). It can be ordered without pump, with delivery pump to the right or to the left-hand (in case of any changes on site please follow the technical sheet instructions included in the package); the group is supplied with a black PPE insulated shell.
When placing the order please specify the requested temperature (between 20-50 °C or 30-70 °C), by filling in the dotted line (between the pump position and the pump code) with the number corresponding to the temperature. For example, if you order R004 R with circulator P328 and temperature 20°-50 ° C, the code will be: 94R004AED55P328 (in case of temperature 30-70 ° C please fill in the dotted line with 70).

R005 – Anti-condensation mixing group
Anti-condensation mixing group, 1 “male connections. It is equipped with 2 interception ball valves with built-in thermometer to instantly read the delivery and return flow temperatures. It can be ordered without pump, with asynchronous pump (not for sale in the EU), with electronic pump to the right or to the left-hand. The group includes an anti-condensation valve, 1”, available settings: 45 °, 55 °, 60 °, 70 °.
When placing the order please specify the requested temperature setting, by filling in the dotted line with the number corresponding to the temperature setting. For example, if you order R005 R with circulator P328 and 55 °anti-condensation, the code will be: 94R005AED55P328.

Modular brass manifold with double chamber equipped with black EPP insulation shell, suitable for circulation modules art. R001-R002-R003. Manifolds art. 785 can be used as single units or connected in series up to a maximum of 6 to serve several users, simplifying the installation operations and reducing the size of installations. Included in the package there are nuts, bolts and two O-rings to close the single manifold or connect several manifolds in series.
