Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter «Regulation»), this information describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the websites of the owner pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links that may be published on the sites but referring to resources outside the domain.
The processing of personal data will be based on principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and accountability, to protect the privacy and rights of the data subject.

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the owner in order to facilitate contact with his own structure on the basis of the consent of the interested parties that appears following the voluntary navigation on the site and the legitimate interest of the owner himself to manage the site in a manner efficient and safe.

  • Navigation data
    The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
    These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for longer than the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
  • Data provided voluntarily by the user
    The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
    Specific information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
    Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the forms on the site or otherwise indicated for sending information material or other communications. In some forms, the information whose supply is essential to provide the requested service can be highlighted, and which information whose compilation is optional.
    Failure to provide essential information will make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

COOKIES

Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.
The use of technical cookies is strictly limited to what is necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. The permanence of these cookies in the user’s terminal or browser, which is still controllable by the user through the related management systems, remains for the time deemed necessary for these purposes.

Your personal data is processed for entry in the customer and supplier archives to manage precontractual (offers and quotations) and contractual (sales/purchase of products and services) matters as well as for internal operational and managerial needs, for accounting, tax, civil law purposes and similar requirements.

Your data will be processed by specifically appointed staff, using paper or electronic methods.

Your data must be provided in order to fulfil the obligations arising from the contractual relations.

If you do not provide your data, we may not be able to perform all or part of the contract or proceed with our relations.

The data processors to whom your (personal, accounting and tax) data may be disclosed are: employees working in the administrative and commercial departments of our company, external subjects who may perform tax, accounting or IT services on behalf of our company, as well as transporters, credit institutes to manage payments and collections, other subjects who have the right of access to your data pursuant to specific legal provisions or regulations, and any other subjects provided for by law.

Your data will not be disclosed to other third parties or be processed outside of the EU.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE INFORMATION

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 206/679 we inform you that the Data Controller Icma Spa uses, through its staff, the personal data acquired through the exchange of emails or other shared methods, exclusively for the performance of the assistance services that are requested. The data processed includes, for example, personal data, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. The data could be communicated to operating companies, as Data Processor, for the performance of activities related to the request if this is necessary to provide the requested services. The data will be kept for the period necessary to manage the request and further for documentary needs or in the presence of regulatory obligations, for the duration of the conservation established by the applicable regulations.
