The double safety thermal drain valve prevents heat generators, such as biomass-fired boilers, from the overheating. When the temperature reaches 95°C the valve opens to release excess hot water. PLEASE NOTE: the double safety consists of 2 thermostatic elements with 2 capillaries. In case of malfunction or accidental break of an element, the other one ensures the opening.
